My Hot Cocoa Fan Page

First of all! I am not entirely sure if there is a difference between "hot chocolate" and "hot cocoa", and I don't care either way! Next, milk is the only acceptable liquid with which to make hot chocolate, and whole milk at that! I will grant exceptions to milk alternatives for those who cannot have dairy, and water is allowed if and only if you are stuck somewhere with powder mix packets and nothing but hot water. You poor soul.
